The art of ceramics makes a grand comeback at the Art Center of Château de Lavardens! Following a first exhibition in 2011 and a second in 2017, the art of working with clay is once again brought into the spotlight.

At the heart of Gascogne Gersoise lies the village of Lavardens, built on a rocky spur, and labeled as the ‘Most Beautiful Villages of France’ since 2011. The Château de Lavardens houses an art center managed by an association. Every year, in order to enliven the monument, exhibitions and diverse cultural activities are organized by the animation team and volunteers.

Abstract or figurative, featuring animal subjects, bas-reliefs, as well as everyday objects glorified, the art of ceramics will astonish you in all its various and equally surprising forms.
